レンタサイクル利用規約

Rental Bicycle Terms of Use

Azumino Bear's Inn では自転車を2台ご用意しています。滞在中ご自由にお使いください（利用料金は宿泊代に含まれます）。ご利用開始時点で下記規約に合意いただいたものとさせていただきますこと、何卒ご了承ください。

1. 利用時の注意事項

  • レンタサイクルは、交通ルールおよび日本の道路交通法を遵守のうえご利用ください。

  • 利用中は必ず安全運転を心がけ、無理な走行・危険行為はお控えください。

  • 飲酒後、体調不良時、または安全な運転が困難と判断される場合のご利用は固くお断りします。

  • 自転車は利用者本人のみが使用し、第三者への貸与・譲渡は禁止します。

  • 利用中の自転車の管理責任は利用者にあり、盗難・紛失・破損が発生した場合は速やかにご連絡ください。

  • 天候不良（大雨・強風・積雪等）や安全上の理由により、貸出を中止する場合があります。

  • 利用時間を超過した場合、または無断延長があった場合は、追加料金をご請求することがあります。

  • 利用終了時は、貸出時と同じ状態で所定の場所へ返却してください。

2. 補償範囲について（加入保険の概要）

当施設では、レンタサイクル利用中の事故に備え、賠償責任保険に加入しています。保険請求の際、ご利用者様の署名・捺印等いただく必要がございますため、ご協力よろしくお願いいたします。

※当該保険請求に際して、ご利用者様の費用発生等はございませんのでご安心ください。

【補償される主な内容】

  • 当施設の整備不良等に起因してレンタサイクル利用者の生命・身体または財物に損害が生じた場合

  • レンタサイクル利用者がレンタサイクル利用中に、第三者の身体や生命を害した場合

  • レンタサイクル利用者がレンタサイクル利用中に、第三者の財物を損壊した場合

  • 上記により、利用者または当施設が法律上の損害賠償責任を負った場合

【補償限度額】

  • 対人・対物共通：1事故あたり最大1億円

3. 保険でカバーされない主な事項（重要）

以下の場合は、保険の補償対象外となり、利用者の自己負担となります。

  • 利用者本人の不注意によって生じた利用者本人のケガ・治療費・通院費・後遺障害・死亡

  • 自転車本体の紛失・盗難に関する費用

  • 利用者の故意または重大な過失による事故

  • 飲酒運転、無免許運転、法令違反による事故

  • 利用規約に違反した利用による事故

  • 自転車を第三者に貸与して発生した事故

  • 保険会社の事前承認なく行った示談・賠償金の支払い

4. 事故発生時の対応

  • 事故が発生した場合は、負傷者の救護および警察への連絡を最優先してください。

  • 速やかに当施設へ事故状況をご報告ください。

  • 保険対応が必要な場合、当施設および保険会社の指示に従ってください。

5. 免責事項

当施設は、レンタサイクル利用中に発生した事故・トラブルについて、本規約および保険補償範囲を超える責任は負いかねます。

Rental Bicycle Terms of Use

Azumino Bear's Inn provides two bicycles for guest use during your stay. Use of the bicycles is free of charge and included in the accommodation fee. By using the rental bicycles, guests are deemed to have agreed to the following terms.

1. General rules & safety guidelines

  • Guests must comply with all Japanese traffic laws and regulations.

  • Please ride safely at all times and avoid reckless or dangerous behavior.

  • Use of bicycles after consuming alcohol, when feeling unwell, or when safe riding is difficult is strictly prohibited.

  • The bicycles may only be used by the registered guest and must not be lent or transferred to any third party.

  • Guests are responsible for managing the bicycle during use. In case of loss, theft, or damage, please notify us immediately.

  • Bicycle rental may be suspended due to bad weather (heavy rain, strong wind, snow) or safety concerns.

  • Additional charges may apply for exceeding the agreed usage time or unauthorized extension.

  • Bicycles must be returned to the designated location in the same condition as at the time of rental.

2. Insurance coverage (liability insurance)

Azumino Bear’s Inn is covered by liability insurance for accidents occurring during bicycle use.

Guest cooperation, including signatures and documentation, may be required for insurance claims.

※Guests will not be required to pay any costs or fees when an insurance claim is made under this policy.

Coverage applies in the following cases:

  • Injury or damage to the life, body, or property of third parties caused by the guest while using the rental bicycle.

  • Legal liability incurred by the guest or Azumino Bear’s Inn as a result of such accidents.

Coverage limit:

  • Up to JPY 100,000,000 per accident (combined for personal injury and property damage)

3. Items NOT covered by insurance (important)

The following are not covered by insurance and are the guest’s responsibility:

  • Injuries, medical expenses, hospitalization, disability, or death of the guest caused by the guest’s own negligence

  • Loss, theft, or damage to the bicycle itself

  • Accidents caused intentionally or by gross negligence

  • Accidents involving drunk riding, unlicensed riding, or violations of the law

  • Accidents resulting from violation of these terms

  • Accidents caused by lending the bicycle to a third party

  • Settlements or compensation payments made without prior approval from the insurance company

4. In Case of an Accident

  • Please prioritize assisting the injured and contacting the police if necessary.

  • Notify Azumino Bear’s Inn as soon as possible with details of the incident.

  • Follow the instructions provided by Azumino Bear’s Inn and the insurance company.

5. Disclaimer

Azumino Bear’s Inn assumes no responsibility beyond the scope of these terms and the applicable insurance coverage for accidents or troubles arising during bicycle use. Please note that guests will not be charged any fees related to insurance claims.
